Superstar RajniKanth’s daughter’s studio Ocher is in a great worry for her film Goa which indeed is in the interim of disturbance as she is uneven to release the film on his father’s birthday. The point includes over a financial matter of the film’s production which has been sumbitted in Madras High Court by financier Varun. The claim indulges that Soundarya has been in debt of rs 50 lakhs from Varun as already she paid rs 1.10 Lakhs back.
Varun claims that he was promised to be paid the loan at 22% interest for which Soundarys handed over Promisary bond besides loan bond. Also he stated that now Soundarya is opposing to pay the interest back as promised. With these controversies heaping up over the film has been stayed by the court till 11 December. Moreover the financier is in a bit of hurry to claim his debt as soon as possible. According to the petitions submitted the court has sent notices for the authorised ones.
